We will make, ship and deliver your face shields within:
1 - 9,999: 14 days
10,000 - 49,999: 14-18 days
50,000 - 99,999: 18-21 days
100,000 - 249,999: 21-24 days
250,000 - 499,999: 24-26 days
500,000 - 999,999: 26-31 days
1,000,000 - 1,999,999: 31-41 days

For orders less than 1,000
- Shipping cost - We simply pass the shipping company's cost through to you, at no markup or discount.
- Ownership of and responsibility for your order passes to you the moment the shipping company picks up from us to deliver to you.
- If there is a shipping problem, we politely ask you work with the shipping company direct.
For orders more than 1,000
- Shipping cost - This is included in the price you pay.
- Ownership of and responsibility for your order passes to you the moment we deliver to your door.
- If there is a shipping problem, we will handle it for you.
We will use reasonable efforts consistent with prevailing industry standards to provide the Products in a manner which minimizes errors. Products may be temporarily or permanently out of stock due to supply chain disruption or because of other causes beyond our reasonable control, but we shall use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice in writing or by e-mail of any such disruption. However, WE do not warrant that the Products will be always available or error free; nor do WE make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from use of the Products. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION, THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
While Ponoko provides the Products "as-is," we do provide you with a 365-day satisfaction guarantee. This means that if, after you receive your Products and are not satisfied with them for any reason, we will (at our absolute discretion) either re-make and re-ship them to you at no cost to you or credit or refund all monies paid to Ponoko for the unsatisfactory Products, after you return the Products you do not want. Ponoko will provide replacement Products or a credit or refund in a reasonable period of time. In order to process a replacement, credit or refund, you must send Ponoko an email with your order number, plus a description and photos of the problem within 365 days from your order date. Ponoko reserves the right to contest any claim of deficiency or any other reason for a replacement, credit or refund request, in which case the parties agree to amicably reach a resolution within a reasonable period of time.
